Foundational Training That Is Transferrable Across Any Discipline

Incorporating strength and agility training into any program is essential for long-term success. Building core strength, proper footwork, body control, and explosive movement differentiates UTA athletes from all others. We use various platforms to achieve sustained growth, such as Vertimax resistance training, multiple plyometrics exercises, age-appropriate weight training, and numerous speed and agility programs that maximize fast-twitch muscle strength. Additionally, we believe the lack of stretching and pliability of athletes' muscular systems are leading to increased injuries in sports. As a result, every program we offer incorporates appropriate stretching with bands and exercises to improve muscle recovery and growth for every athlete.
